Based on 90 reviewsCusina de Parilla in Angeles, Pampanga, is widely praised for its authentic Kapampangan sisig, often highlighted for its tender yet crunchy texture and rich flavor. The restaurant’s Moroccan-spiced chicken and roasted chicken dishes also receive favorable mentions, noted for their distinct taste and freshness. Customers appreciate the warm and attentive service, as well as the affordability and consistent quality of the food. While some reviews point out the casual, carinderia-style ambiance and occasional concerns about ventilation and cleanliness, these factors do not detract significantly from the overall positive dining experience. Carinderia experience because there's no air conditioning, cats are out and about. Probably on par with Mila's as the 2nd best carinderia Sisig. I don't know which one is cheaper but they should be of the same quality albeit Cusina de Parilla has a more amargo taste. The Moroccan Chicken tasted like Herbal chicken to me, not worth it, we only ordered because of curiosity. Over-all I would recommend this place for tourists because of accessibility but there are better sisig elsewhere in your local carinderias to be honest, cheaper too. Serving time was a bit too long though.
Grabe, the best ang food! We ordered sisig, salad, chicken, and lechon kawali and everything tasted great! Sisig was too oily tho. Nice place as well. Very attentive staff. Highly recommended!

My favourite affordable roasted chicken place! Morrocan is the best! You can ask if you want it to be spicy or mild. Love the salad too! Bangus and pork sisig are yummy! Waiters are nice too!
As someone who lived in Clark, Pampanga for more than 3 years, this place has been our go-to spot for sisig and roast chicken. Even today, I still believe they serve the best sisig in the country. The taste and quality have stayed the same. Their Moroccan roast chicken is also a must-try. The food always feels freshly cooked and is served hot. The place has improved while still retaining its simplicity but who can resist visiting when we're craving the best sisig we've ever had?
Hands down the best sisig in town! Authentic flavors, generous portions, and friendly service make this Filipino restaurant a must-visit.
The last time I ate here was actually years ago already but even for take-outs and deliveries via GrabFood, their Sisig, Lechon Kawali and Chopseuy is always great, comfort food
Had a lunch here. Ordered the Tansi Bulalo, Bangus Sisig, Moroccan Chicken, and Bicol Express. The prices are very soft and the quality is great! The beef in the Tansi Bulalo was very soft & tender. I really appreciated that. The portion size of bangus sisig was very generous. Moroccan chicken is great as well. Wasn't a fan of the Bicol Express. For a good Filipino lunch or dinner, this is the spot.
